The Company exercises all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website with subject to successful realization of payment, delivered within ten (2-10) working days with availability of the Product(s).

However, User understands and confirms that the Company shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company. The Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.

We dispatch the material by surface & by air as per weight and size of products.

We do not offer Free Shipping.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?

The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked post a product is selected for “Add to cart”.

Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner delivery list.

How will the delivery be done?

Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers i.e. Blue dart, DTDC, Speed post, etc

Does microbiteonline.com deliver internationally?

Currently, microbiteonline.com doesn’t deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.

We have option to choose Billing and Shipping address separately.

microbiteonline.com cannot issued Tax Invoice right now. Customer could not take benefit of GST input with our invoice.

All payments must be done prior (Prepaid) to us before shipping the order. We accept payment by UPI, Net banking, Credit Card and Debit Card.
