Cancellation of Order

  1. Any Product purchased from microbiteonline.com can be returned only if the Product supplied is different without the customer’s permission from the Product that was ordered.
  2. Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If customer receives damaged or defective material, replacement / repairing of product will cover directly by manufacturer service centre as per principal terms and conditions. Microbiteonline.com and Microbite Technology is not responsible for such reason.
  4. User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product booked on the Website by placing a “Cancel Order” request or via E-mail, before dispatch.
  5. If customer request to cancel the order after dispatch, then as per refund policy, 10% of product value + processing fee + shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. If microbiteonline.com have not been able to dispatch the product within 7 Working days and if customer demand for refund, microbiteonline.com will Refund full amount.
  7. The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner by sending the picture of packing.
  8. If customer open the Courier package and wanted to return the product then as per our policy, product cannot to replace nor refunded.
  9. Digital Products / Key (Activation key Via mail), once it will deliver to you via downloadable link or email, it cannot be refund or return.

REFUND PROCEDURE

  1. Credit Card 45days, UPI, Net Banking and Debit Card 15 Days
  2. We will process the refund after receipt and inspected of the product.
  3. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order processed. Payment through Credit card will be refund after 45days.  Payment through UPI, Net banking and Debit card will be refund after 15days.
  4. Refund through draft or bank transfer will be issued on the billing name as appear on the order.
  5. If your refund doesn’t appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact to your bank for further assistance.
